Shipping Policy

1 - How long will it take my orders to be shipped?

• Our shipment processing or handling time is between 1-2 days. 

2 - How long will it take my orders to be delivered?

• Orders with in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India.
• However delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
• Due to COVID-19, deliveries might be affected for some of the pin codes.  

3 - Are there any additional shipping or delivery charges?

• To maintain fast & reliable shipping services. We have tied up with various delivery partners to ensure a time bound delivery services for our valued customers.
• To maintain such standard, we do have to sometimes pay a premium, of which a very minimal part is charged from our customers. Below are our standard shipping charges. Please refer the shipping charges as below

4 - How do I track my orders? 

• Customers can use the Track Order option in our website footer to track their shipments.
• Alternatively, customers can connect with us over email/call/WhatsApp and get and update about their tracking or shipment. 
• Customer can also track their order using the tracking update provided on their registered email.

5 - What if my order is undelivered?

• For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund for the same.

Note: For orders placed prior to 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the same day. For orders placed post 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the next day.
